Tips to reduce daily hair loss

This post is sponsored by KeepItAnchored, but all opinions are my own.

One of my biggest insecurities since I was a child, although it sounds strange, was having abundant hair, a condition that over the years began to change drastically. At first it seemed normal for the hair to fall out since I thought it was never going to be too much anyway! Because I had abundant hair, but everything changed in a blink of an eye. I began to notice that my brushes, the shower and the floor of my house was always full of hair. The situation worsened with postpartum, when women definitely go through a series of hormonal changes that make hair loss scare us even more.

I learned that hair loss is not only due to hormonal changes or diseases, there are a series of factors in our day to day that influence hair loss such as genetics, aging, nutrition and stress. New research has shown that oxidative stress, which comes from UV, moisture and pollution, contributes to excessive hair loss by stressing the scalp.

That’s why I want to give you these 3 tips that have worked for me to reduce hair loss:

It is necessary that you resort to having a healthy diet, by this I mean to include the various food groups in your day to day, from proteins, dairy, fish, as well as foods that contain biotin and vitamins such as: A, B, C, Omega 3 and iron.

Hair breakage is caused by various factors and one of them is subjecting your hair to various chemical processes, something that causes it to break more easily, so try to avoid overloading your hair with chemical processes.

The last 4 weeks I have been using a treatment to get ahead ofhair loss, it is KeepItAnchored that helps to calm oxidative stress and strengthen hair’s anchor to the scalp. It is clinically proven. I started using the COMPLETE KIT FOR WOMEN containing 3 HairAnchoring Essences Plus Pre-Cleanser, Shampoo, Conditioner.

It’s so easy to apply:

• Start by applying the Pre cleanser that purifies scalp and unclogs pores.

• Apply shampoo that helps nourish the scalp.

• Apply the conditioner, is gentle and leaves a pleasant smell on the hair.

• Once you have gotten out of the shower you apply Anchoring Essence to the scalp, comb your hair and don’t rinse it.

After 4 weeks doing this treatment I have seen a significant change in my hair. In this link you can buy your kit to start taking care of your hair and prevent hair loss.

I hope these tips help you as much as they have helped me.  Our hair plays a very important role in our self-esteem and our state of mind, that is why I never hesitate to take care of it and always use the best products!.
